Top conference centre with over 200 rooms in Berkshire requires a professional, skilled conference centre manager with a passion for customer service and high standards of delivery. You will have plenty of strong hotel management experience and knowledge of most departments is essential. Sales strategy and General Management ability are important. You should be keen, motivated and able to bring your friendly management style into practise. 20% bonus in addition to the salary and a company car.
